The exchanges during the workshop resulted in the development of road map of key issues that need to be addressed for universal services to become reality in Algeria. The merger of the telecommunications markets will pose regulatory challenges as well as cultural change in the way people look at the use of telecommunications.

During Phase the advisors the participants with representatives from the Egyptian judiciary, Cairo Arbitration Center, private sector and consumer affairs to discuss wide range of issues concerning telecom dispute resolution.
